All members of the mutual pension division or the private pension division of Lífsverk and its pensioners, are eligible to take out mortgage loans with the fund.

Lífsverk offers mortgages with or without indexing with total value of up to 70 million ISK and supplementary loans up to 70 million ISK for a total of up to 140 million ISK. Mortgages may be up to 65% loan to value and up to 85% for member's first property purchase.
